Sexual Harassment Awareness (Illinois)

Illinois-licensed CPAs must complete one hour of sexual harassment prevention training for license renewal. This course satisfies that requirement by explaining the Illinois Human Rights Act definition of sexual harassment, including unwelcome conduct, sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, quid pro quo harassment, and hostile working environments. It also addresses off-site and electronic conduct, harassment by third parties, power imbalances, common misconceptions, federal and Illinois remedies, retaliation protections, and employers’ responsibilities.
